Pure Meridian Fee Schedule
Patients are responsible for the payment of fees associated with testing, along with any products or remedies recommended at the time of delivery. Payments may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
Fee Structure
- Initial Assessment – $150.00
- Extended Appointment (90 Minutes) – $120.00

Please remember: as we move you toward a state of health, it is your responsibility to voice concerns and ask questions. Also, please keep in mind:
- All substances recommended are safe if taken as directed. Any adverse reactions should be reported to your practitioner immediately. Also, please discuss any significant health concerns (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc.) at the time of your first visit and update me regularly. Make sure you inform your primary care physician of any products you are taking.
- The MSA testing device uses a low-voltage current, so if you have a pacemaker or similar electronic implant, we cannot perform this scan without signed consent from your primary care physician.
- You should not make decisions about your health and nutritional needs from information obtained exclusively through the Meridian Stress Assessment. Exposure to toxins, lead, and heavy metals cannot be determined solely through this process. This screening is recommended as a resource to be used in conjunction with your regular visits to a family care physician.
- Pure Meridian does not diagnose or treat disease; however, if the testing process indicates unusual findings, we will advise you to pursue medical counsel.
